What are your delivery charges?

Delivery charges for most items are calculated as a function of the type, quantity, weight and destination of your order. The online shopping cart will calculate the total costs of your order as you shop and generate a final total.

When will my order be delivered?

Orders will normally be processed and despatched within 10 working days. If we anticipate a problem with an order we will contact the customer to inform them of the difficulties and hopefully resolve any problematic issues.

What if some items are not available?

If some of the items in your order are out of stock we will contact you to inform you of the estimated time of arrival and refund you the costs if the revised delivery schedule is unsatisfactory.

Can you deliver to international destinations?

Items can be delivered anywhere within the UK and to most international destinations . Additional postage may be charged for international destinations. Please contact CPRE/Friends of the Peak District team for further information.

Order confirmation

Once you have placed an order we will send you confirmation of your order by e-mail.

Stock availability

We do endeavour to hold all stock at all times. If stock is not available for any reason then we will inform you about the expected delivery time of the out of stock item. Of course your credit card will not be charged until goods are actually dispatched to you.

Questions

Queries about any of the products or progress of an order are handled by Friends of the Peak District staff. Telephone lines are open 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday and an answerphone service operates after hours.

We at CPRE/Friends of the Peak District are committed to protecting your privacy.

We use the information you give us to process orders and to provide an improved shopping experience.

When you order we will need the following information from you:

  • delivery address

RETURNS POLICY

Trade descriptions

We have made every effort to ensure photography, descriptions and details are accurate. However, slight differences in colour and textures may occur.

Cancelling your order

You can cancel your order at any time prior to dispatch of the goods. Please contact us and we will arrange the refund of your money. Please include your order number with your message.

Money back guarantee

We have a 14 day money back guarantee for items returned due to damage or because delivered in error.
We will not refund the cost of unwanted items unless there is a legitimate reason for their return.

Damaged Goods

If your goods are damaged when you receive them please let us know as soon as possible. We will arrange the replacement of any faulty items or parts. We will also refund you any postage costs you incur for returning faulty items.
